We at D.V.A pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality bespoke lessons to excite and inspire all students and encourage them to give 100% to all they do as hard work, dedication and a true passion for what you do does not go unnoticed.
Whether you Dance, Sing or Act. for Fun or you are serious about a career in the entertainment industry you get out what you put in and at D.V.A there is plenty to be had.
Aimed primarily at 7-16 year olds. We do not follow an out of date stuffy syllabus irrelevant to today's ever increasing pool of talent so there are no unnecessarily expensive exams to be taken. Taking a very keen interest and pastoral role in the wellbeing and personal development of all our students we understand that everyone is different, learns in different ways and at different speeds. This being the case and with what we have learned to work most efficiently Classes are divided by ability with age only as a guide before first free trail class and assement. If a 9 year old conducts themselves beautifully is talented and shows promise we will not hold them back but rather move them up and encourage them and their piers to keep challenging themselves and each other.
Dance, Vocals and Acting are the three main disciplines but that is not all we offer here at D.V.A. Make up, hair and grooming is a big part of our curriculum along with audition techniques, such as casting for stage and screen interview etiquette getting noticed for all the right reasons and making a great lasting impression (all invaluable life skills for any young person today) and so easily applied to any important first meeting interview or social engagement.
